At Penta Infra in Amsterdam we are looking for a committed HR Professional with an international mindset.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You will be responsible for the HR administration of all Penta employees, which currently covers 3 countries: the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark. Further international expansions are planned!

You are part of a team: you work closely together with colleagues from Office Management, Legal and Finance. You report to the CFO. Next to that you will be working with local external HR specialists per country. You make sure that the daily HR operations are supported and controlled. As a result, you get to know the processes and the organization thoroughly.

Your responsibilities include:

  • On- and offboarding & review cycles;

  • Payroll preparations for our external payroll processors;

  • Being the first contact for all managers and employees on HR matters;

  • Registration of vacation allowances & sick leave;

  • Registration of mandatory training & development and reporting thereof to management;

  • Own and manage employment contracts and HR related policies;

  • Key user/power user of our newly implemented HRIS (Hi Bob);

  • Providing HR proof of evidence during internal and external audits for our various certifications;

  • Support the Management Team on personnel planning and development of HR policies.

Penta Infra is an expanding data center provider operating a European network of data centers both at hub and edge locations. We offer flexible data center solutions through a wide range of products and services, ranging from colocation to build-to-suit data centers.


ABOUT THE TEAM

You will work at the headquarter office in Amsterdam-North together with colleagues from the departments Legal, Finance, Office Management, Operations, Projects, IT and Sales. Because of the scale-up environment, the lines of communication with other departments are short. As a result, you will interact with many people throughout the organization and beyond. We regularly end the week with a Friday afternoon drink on our roof terrace (when the weather is nice).

  • Salary between €3.000 and €5.500 gross per month based on 40 hours (depending on experience);

WHO ARE YOU?

To start as HR Professional at Penta Infra, it is important that you:

  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or a related field;

  • Have 2+ years of general work experience;

  • Preferably have 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position;

  • Are a self-starter and simply test new ideas yourselves;

  • Can communicate friendly and to the point;

  • Assume responsibility for your own development and work;

  • Deliver what you promise and work with eye for details ;

  • Feel comfortable in an informal work setting;

  • Have good command of English, preferably you also have skills in Dutch and/or German and/or French.
