Penta and/or Penta Infra is the brand and trade name under which Penta C.V., the limited partnership, and the legal entities in which it holds (directly or indirectly) majority interests operate and – as the case may be - provide professional services in the area of datacenter investments and/or operations. These operations and services are governed by certain terms of agreement and local laws, which may include provisions regarding our liability. ‘Penta’ and/or ‘Penta Infra’ is often used to refer either to individual legal entities within our corporate group or to several or all of them collectively.

Photon Capital B.V., a company with limited liability, is the general partner of Penta C.V. and generally acts as (indirect) statutory director of the legal entities in which Penta C.V. holds majority interests (save if local rules and jurisdictions provide otherwise). Each legal entity that forms part of our corporate group is liable only for its own acts or omissions. Our corporate group consists of the following legal entities.
