The Office Manager is the first point of contact and therefore the face of our organisation. The work involves taking pressure off of the Management Team and providing support to various disciplines, such as finance, legal and HR. As our most flexible resource, there will never be a dull moment! The administrative and other support you will be offering to the members of our Management Team comprises support in the broadest sense of the word, ensuring that our office is perfectly managed. This involves keeping and managing various appointment books, for example, or making reservations and finalising the financial and other arrangements of business trips, at which you excel. Your help will be called in to draw up quotes and presentations, and keeping our website up to date and creating visibility on social media are among your responsibilities. But there is more! Your input with regard to the organisation of our internal processes, which you will be monitoring, will be greatly appreciated. Planning and offering support for formal events, like investor meetings, will also be your responsibility. Let your foodie skills shine in the purchasing of everything for our group lunches, as well as office supplies and the necessities for other facilities.

What more can you expect from us?

  •  A gross salary of between EUR 2,800 and EUR 3,500 per month on the basis of a forty-hour work week.
  • 25 days of paid leave and 8% holiday allowance.

  • at least higher professional or vocational education (HBO), preferably in the area of Office Management or MER;
  • at least two years of relevant work experience;
  • oral and written fluency in English, and preferably German as well.
