WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As Regional Sales Manager Northern Germany, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business across the region. You will employ both a direct/B2B and indirect sales approach to focus on new logo acquisition, while exceeding your quarterly regional sales targets. You will own the Northern Germany region, working from Hamburg and supported by our marketing, customer success, and product teams. You will be the face of Penta Infra in Northern Germany, building lasting relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and the wider ecosystem. In our rapidly growing environment, you will have many opportunities and responsibilities.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Prospect for new clients primarily through direct/B2B outbound prospecting efforts, and by working with partners, agents and brokers as indirect lead sources;
  • Manage the client engagement cycle from prospecting, to proposal through to closing and contract signature, including the negotiation of complex contractual terms and conditions with new clients;
  • Retains and extends revenue from large existing enterprise clients;
  • Oversee satisfaction of client and prospect base including, but not limited to, sales orders, moves, adds, changes, billing, implementation, service issues, SLA’s, and contractual terms.

ABOUT THE TEAM

You will work in a dynamic, collaborative, and experienced team. Our environment ensures short communication lines with other departments, providing plenty of opportunities for learning and growth. Regular site visits, training sessions and an introduction program will get you up to speed in the organization and the datacenter industry.

WHO ARE YOU?

To get started as a Regional Sales Manager Northern Germany at Penta Infra, you should:

  • have 3 – 5 years of quantifiable experience in direct, B2B, relationship-driven, new logo acquisition sales in data centers, cloud solutions, IT services, 
  • have a bachelor's or master's degree in Economics’ or Commerce
  • have working experience in telecommunications, or related technology verticals;
  • have a proven ability to assess customer business issues, requirements, and budget constraints, and prescribe solutions;
  • have a strong understanding of competitive data centers, Exchanges, and network providers offering Cloud Connection;
  • be a strong communicator who can translate complex problems into clear solutions and engage confidently at all levels, with both clients and internal stakeholders;
  • have experience with technical sales requiring cross-functional coordination between product, marketing, operations, and customer success teams;
  • have sales training experience in MEDDIC, SPIN, Holden Power Based Selling, Miller Heiman, or similar sales programs;
  • be self-motivated with an independent work style, superior lead generation skills, and 
  • Fluent in German and English;
  • Available for 40 hours per week;
  • Have a work permit for the EU and be residing in Germany;
